What types of personal data are processed?<\/strong><\/p>

Growme, within the scope of its activities, processes personal data necessary for the provision of services and\/or supply of products, as well as, in terms of social intervention, processing data such as name, address, telephone number and email address, as detailed information is provided to the holders of personal data.<\/p>

Without prejudice to compliance with legal regulations regarding the retention and transmission of data for the purposes of investigation, detection, and prosecution of serious crimes, as well as other processing to which it is legally obliged, the traffic, geographic location, profile, and\/or consumption data of the Client\/Users will be processed by Growme to the extent that they are necessary for the respective provision of services. Thus, based on location, profile, and\/or consumption, the Client\/User will have access, in particular, to specific service functionalities, content suggestions, and local information services. <\/p>

Location information may also be recorded and transmitted to organizations legally authorized to receive emergency calls, for the purpose of responding to incoming calls.<\/p>

Personal data, traffic data, geographic location, profile and\/or consumption data are also processed for marketing purposes or to promote offers of goods or services from Growme, if the respective data subject has authorized it.<\/p>

Personal data will also be processed, if the respective data subject has authorized it, for the purpose of disseminating information services and lists, within the scope of the universal service, including transmission to third parties for publication of said lists and provision of information services.<\/p>

If the Client\/User has given prior consent, this may be withdrawn at any time, without, however, compromising the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent previously given.<\/p>

WHEN AND HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?<\/strong><\/p>

Growme collects your personal data, especially by telephone, in writing and through the website, always ensuring, whenever necessary, the prior consent of the data subject.<\/p>

Some personal data is essential for the execution of the contract and, in case of lack or insufficiency of such data, Growme will not be able to provide the product or service in question.<\/p>

Growme is committed to ensuring the protection and security of the personal data provided to it, having approved and implemented strict rules in this regard. Compliance with these rules is mandatory for all those who legally access them. <\/p>

Given Growme’s concern and commitment to protecting personal data, several security measures, both technical and organizational, have been adopted to protect the personal data made available to it against its dissemination, loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized processing or access, as well as against any other form of unlawful processing.<\/p>

Furthermore, third-party entities that, within the scope of service provision, process the Client\/User’s personal data on behalf of and for Growme, are obligated, in writing, to implement appropriate technical and security measures that, at any given time, meet the requirements of current legislation and ensure the protection of the data subject’s rights (notably, the protection of the privacy and personal data of Clients\/Users).<\/p>

In this regard, on the Growme website, forms for collecting personal data require encrypted browser sessions, and all personal data provided is securely stored in Growme’s systems, which in turn are located on Growme’s server, under the protection of all physical and logical security measures that Growme deems essential for the protection of personal data.<\/p>

Notwithstanding the security measures adopted by Growme, Growme warns all internet users that they should adopt additional security measures, namely, ensuring that they use an up-to-date PC and browser in terms of security patches, properly configured, with an active firewall, antivirus and anti-spyware, and that they verify the authenticity of the websites they visit on the internet, avoiding websites whose reputation they do not trust.<\/p>

Growme, in the course of its business, may use third parties to provide certain services. Sometimes, the provision of these services implies access by these entities to the personal data of Clients\/Users. When this occurs, Growme takes appropriate measures to ensure that the entities that have access to the data are reputable and offer the highest guarantees at this level, which is duly enshrined and safeguarded contractually between Growme and the third-party entity(ies). <\/p>

Therefore, any entity subcontracted by Growme will process the personal data of our Clients\/Users on behalf of and for Growme, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, dissemination or unauthorized access, and against any other form of unlawful processing.<\/p>
